I dont see the option “snap receipt”.How do I fix it? Im using Iphone 13pro.Software is up to date.

I've got some troubleshooting steps to restore the missing icon for Receipt snap on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) iOS mobile application. 

 

When the app's storage data is almost at its limit, it causes odd behavior where the features, data, and some icons disappear. To resolve this, we can delete the cache from your application to use it again with a clean slate and all of its capabilities at your convenience. For iOS users, here's how:

 

  1. Click the menu at the top right corner of your device.
  2. Next, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Press Refresh.

 

Once done, close and reopen the mobile app and check for the Receipt snap option in your mobile app. Let me guide you on how: 

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
  2. Click the Menu ≡ icon.
  3. Select Receipt snap.
  4. Choose Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
  5. Tap Use this photo, then press Done.

 

Also, I'd suggest restarting your phone. If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh. Follow the steps below to delete it:

 

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Press Yes to confirm.
