Question

I entered a bill and marked it as paid, but it's showing as still being open. The bill doesn't show up under that vendor either. How do I fix it?

Hello there, dpracing. Let me help you how to review your paid bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

After your payment is processed, it will appear in the paid section. If it's not showing up under the correct vendor, consider reviewing the bill to ensure the correct vendor was selected.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. At the top portion of your window, click the magnifying glass.
  2. Look for the recently paid bill. Then, click the bill.
  3. Review the bill and check if it's under the correct vendor.
  4. You can click the dropdown arrow to select the correct vendor if it's incorrect.
