I follow your blog about connect with someone on the business network. but am still not able to get suggestions when I add anyone as a customer to my QuickBooks.?

I follow your blog and also instructions to connect with someone on a business network. also, i connect my QuickBooks with Paypal but am still not able to get suggestions when I add anyone as a customer in my quick book online

I understand how time-consuming to do this, vaibhav. Let me help you search for suggested customer names when you add a new one in QuickBooks Online.

 

First off, would you mind sharing if there's a displayed or shown customer suggestion when you add a new customer? If you don't see a list of customers, we can turn off and on the business network of your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Look for Business Network, then click the Toggle button.
  4. Select Save.

 

After that, let's try accessing your account through a private browser to determine if it's a browser-related issue. If there's no issue using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, you may consider using another supported browser.

 

On the other hand, if the customer is already connected and still can't search, I'd recommend contacting our support team for ongoing investigation about unable to search for customers in the QuickBooks Business Network.  That way, they can add your company to the list of affected and receive timely email updates.
