Welcome to the Community, @lisalundell-real.

I'd be glad to provide insight for you to print checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start printing a check, ensure that there are items in your print queue and that you've ticked the Print later in the checks that you've created so it'll add to the print queue. This way, when you click the Preview and Print button, the system will recognize you're ready to print. However, If you still can't see the check you want to print, I suggest that you check the filters in your Print Checks.

In addition, a cache-related issue is likely causing you the inability to print checks. If this is the case, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. You can use a private or incognito window to rule out cache problems in your browser. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once you're in, try to print checks. If it works and you're able to print one, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

I'll also add this article to help you correct printing alignments when printing checks inside QBO: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.
