I had a bill that was processed through bill pay and then the next day was double drafted again (so paid three times). The double payments was done by System Admi..Help?

I've spoke to someone at Quickbooks who said it was an issue on their end buy my money has not been refunded.  Who can i go to in order to get this resolved?  Issue has froze 32K of my money!!!

When using bill pay in QuickBooks, you can only cancel a scheduled payment before 12 am on the withdrawal date mentioned in the confirmation email sent to you after scheduling the payment. However, I suggest contacting our customer support team if it is beyond the expected time or the payment has already been processed and the check has been printed and sent. They have the necessary tools to thoroughly investigate the matter and determine the cause of the double payment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter your specific concern and click Let's Talk
  4. Select either Get a callback or Start a Chat.
