I'm glad to provide assistance regarding your customer's payment that has not been deposited to your account, pearljam.

Beforehand, are you using the QuickBooks Payments feature? If so, the processing time for the deposit is 1-5 business days, depending on the chosen payment method, but it extends if it's your first time using this feature. It can also be affected by the financial institution where the fund was taken or transferred.

For more information regarding the process of customer payments, please check this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Furthermore, your deposit speed can also impact this process. That said, you may review your deposit speed in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab and review the Deposit Speed section.

If there's an issue with the deposit, you'll receive a notification email containing details of what you can do to resolve it. You can also review your spam or junk folders if you can't locate the email in your inbox.

However, kindly contact our Customer Care team if you didn't get an email regarding the deposit. They can help track the fund and lend a hand with a seamless depositing process.

Finally, you might want to use your reports in QuickBooks to check your sales in a given period and review your business profitability and inventory status.
