I have a paid invoice and under Deposit info it shows visa and the last 4 digits of a card. I'd that where the funds are going or the card the customer paid with?

To begin, the last 4 digits of the card under Deposit Info on a paid invoice indicate the card the customer paid with. You can change your card for depositing funds either in standard deposit account or instant deposit account. However, please note that if you change your account after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit your payments to the new account the next business day. If you processed payments before 3 PM PT, we'll put them in your old account.

If update standard deposit account, here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Settings and then select Account and Settings.
3. Select the Payments tab. In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, select Change bank.
4. Select Add new bank account.
5. Enter the account and routing number of the bank account you want to change to and then select Save.
6. Find the new bank account from the list and select Verify.
7. Enter the two small amounts we have deposited to the new bank account.
8. Review the bank account info and complete your request.

If instant deposit account, here's how:

1. Select Settings  and then Account and Settings.
2. Select Payments and go to Deposit accounts.
3. Select Change to edit your instant deposit info. Note: If you switch from your personal debit card to your QuickBooks Checking debit card, select the 0% fee option.
4. Select Save and then Done.
