I have a payment made by a customer online that still hasn’t processed and it’s been well over a week. Have receiver others without problem

I'm here yo share information about your customer's payments not getting deposited into your QuickBooks Account.

 

May I ask if this is your first time handling customer payments? If it is, please note that typically, we deposit your funds within five business days after the first payment. The first deposit may take longer due to setting up your merchant account, but subsequent funds will be deposited much faster.

On another note, know that the deposit speed will depend on the type of payment and the product you're using. Here are the steps to help you determine your product's deposit speed:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. On the top right corner, select the Gear icon.
  3. Click Account and Settings.
  4. Choose the Payments tab.
  5. Review the Deposit Speed section.
