I have been having a problem uploading the cell phone camera snapped receipts onto Intuit. It's been a week since I have experienced this problem. Any suggestions?

We appreciate your patience while our engineers investigated the issue of the QBO Mobile App Receipt Snap feature not working on Android. Their research has confirmed that the issue has been resolved with the latest version of the QBO app. To upload your snapped receipts into QuickBooks, please ensure that you have updated the Android App to the latest version. This will ensure that you can continue to use the Receipt Snap feature on your Android device without any issues.

 

In addition, we recommend using a web browser or an iPad to upload your receipts if you encounter any further issues. This method ensures that the receipts are correctly scanned and converted into a digital format, which can be easily managed and processed in QuickBooks Online. 

 

If you continue to experience issues, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team and requesting to be added to the list of affected users. This will ensure that you receive timely updates on the issue via email. To contact our support team, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. You can choose either chat with us or have us call you.
