I have been using quickbooks for about 7 years. Since the new design I cannot search invoices older than about 2 years. Is there a way to find old invoices?

Can you provide a screenshot of the new design or interface you see on your end? This is to ensure we are on the same page and be able to address properly your concern. In most cases, you'll want to make sure that the filter option that is found in the Invoices menu is set to All. 

If they are set, and yet you're still not seeing some of your older invoices, let's perform troubleshooting steps to fix this. Sometimes, this happens because of browser-related issues. You can log in to your account using an incognito window. Use the shortcut keys below to access a private window:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

This mode deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. After that, check if you're able to access older invoices. If so, go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
