Question

I have been waiting for a paid invoice to deposit into my account for over five days. It usually doesn't not take this long. Says it's processing. I need help.

Depositing your funds can take different amounts of time depending on the product you use and the payment type. Standard deposits are processed daily except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

 

Instant Deposits are processed every day of the year with no exceptions. You can check your deposit speed from QuickBooks Online or the Merchant Service Center settings. If you don't use QuickBooks Online, check your speed in the Merchant Service Center.

 

To check the current deposit speed:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

To reach a live representative, here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.

  4. Type in your concern and click Continue.
  5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
  6. After that, select Get a call.
  7. You will now be added to the queue and wait for us to call you.
