To ensure the security of the transaction, payments are viewed. This status can occur for many reasons, such as an issue with the customer's direct deposit information or an incorrect bank account number. If there's an issue, you'll get an email from Intuit.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), processed payments before 3:00 p.m. PST will be deposited to your bank account the next business day. Received after 3:00 p.m. PST will be deposited within two business days. The payments made before 3 p.m. PST should be in your bank account in two business days if you don't have a next-day deposit. We'll start the deposit the next business day if you process payments after 3 p.m. PST.
