The scroll functionality in QuickBooks Online (QBO) software can be affected by the computer's display and browser zoom settings. Let me walk you through the process.

 

First, I suggest ensuring your browser zoom settings are configured correctly. For Mozilla Firefox users, you can increase the size of web pages. For Google Chrome users, you can change text, image & video sizes (zoom).

 

Next, please ensure your computer's screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or higher and the DPI is set to Normal or 100%. If you are working in QBO with a resolution of 1024x768 or lower, I recommend maximizing your browser window.
