Question
I have QuickBooks Accounting mobile app installed. I cannot get the signature of the customers in the invoice.
This started to happen after QuickBooks was updated (online version and mobile version).
We follow these steps in our iPhone:
1. Create or open an estimate/invoice in the app.
2. Add transactions.
3. Select Save.
4. After this we should be able to "Select Get Signature", but this option does not show up in the app.
6. Since the "Get Signature" option is not present, we cannot get our customers signature.
Also, we cannot add images from the photo gallery (iPhone) to the invoice.
This is happening in our two iPhones we use in the company. I already tried reinstalling the app with no succes. We are using QuickBooks Accounting v23.11.5.
