I have trialed the new invoice system over the past few months, but it does not work as well for me. How do I revert back to the previous version of invoicing?

I'd be glad to share info about switching back to the old invoice experience. The option to switch back depends if you still see the Old layout option in the invoice window. 

 

If does, you can follow these steps to revert back to the old invoice layout:

 

  1. Go to +New
  2. Select Invoice
  3. At the top right of the form, select Old layout.

Please note that once you switch back to the old invoice layout, you won't be able to go back to the new experience.

 

In case you don't have this option, I recommend sending feedback to our Developer Team. This way, they can see your request and consider it for the next program update.

 

Alternatively, you can still use the old design within the new invoice window. Simply click on Manage and select Design, then Other templates
