I have two invoice templates. I am creating an invoice and I need to change the template from the default that it is showing. How do I do this?

Having a saved invoice template for the invoice is essential to look more personalized and unique. You can change your invoice template by choosing one of your edited templates by creating an invoice, then Design and deciding what template to choose. Let us show you how.

When you're using a new invoice layout, follow these steps:

1. Go to Sales and click Invoices.
2. Choose Create invoice, then go to Payor view.
3. On the right navigation panel, click Design and choose a desired template on the Other templates. 
4. After that, hit Save or Save and send. 

Otherwise, here are the steps for the old invoice layout:

1. Go to Sales and click Invoices.
2. Choose Create invoice, then click Customize on the lower part of your screen.
3. From there, you can choose the invoice template you want.
4. Click Save or Save and send.

As you work on changing your invoice template, it's essential to ensure that you have admin access to all areas of your QuickBooks account. This will guarantee that you have complete control over the process and can make necessary changes to your invoice template.
