I invoice. Quickbooks takes the credit or debit card and sends the payment to my bank account. Why do I need PCI services?

@debtscience   You don't have to use Security Metrics.  In fact, I suggest using a different company. If you do a little research, you'll find companies that are easier to deal with, won't bully you, and are usually cheaper.
