I just transferred $700 from my envelope to my QB main Balance and it’s not there.it just vanished..but in my envelope transactions I see the $700 says completed ?!?

It's important to note that money transfers from an external bank account to QuickBooks Checking typically take about 3 business days. This is because the transfers are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system, which can introduce delays due to bank processing times.

However, if you're using the instant deposit, I recommend contacting our customer care team. They have the tools to review your account and investigate any discrepancies in your account.

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
5. Choose a way to connect with us.
