I hope you're having a great day, sgangala. I'm here to provide information about your customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There is no specific column in QBO where you can see if a statement has been viewed, similar to the feature available for invoices. However, when the transactions linked to the statement are viewed, the system will automatically mark them as "Viewed".

Thus, You can manually review all the data in the statement to check for their respective activity. For example, if it's an open invoice, click the data on your Invoices page to review the Invoice activity.

Moreover, we can double-check what transactions are in the statement by following the steps below:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and choose Customers.
  3. Click the customer and select the Statements tab.
  4. Modify the data period on the Date dropdown. Then, choose the statement to check for the linked transactions.
  5. Take note of the shown data so you can check their respective activity.

Additionally, please ensure to use your customer's active or updated email address when sending them a statement. You may also coordinate or reach out to them if necessary.

Also, I've added this article to help you enter a customer payment accordingly in QuickBooks: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
