Question

I'm having trouble with the layout of the invoice. It has reverted to the old layout and when I click on "update layout" it reverts right back to the old one.

Is there anything I can do to correct that?

Upon checking, the investigation (INV-93395) associated with this issue has been resolved. Since you've encountered a similar problem, I recommend contacting our support team. This way, they can create a ticket to re-open the previous investigation. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose either tabs to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
