I'm new to QB online. I'm entering my expense manually but the system isn't differentiating the different dates. How can my expenses be entered for different dates?

If I add a new expense with the same payee, it will update the date to the new entered date.

Can you tell us exactly what happens to the date when you enter a new expense transaction? Do you mean you want to use the same date when recording a transaction for the same payee? We're asking these questions to make sure we give you the right steps and information to sort this out.
