Question

I'm on a payment plan with Quickbooks for $1000/month, but Quickbooks charged me $4000 and only claimed I paid $1000.

Because of a ACH reversal, I now have to pay back Quickbooks. Quickbooks and I agreed on a $1000/month payment plan.

However, Quickbooks charged me $3000 this month, and only claimed to have received $1000. I called Quickbooks support several times, and they said they would fix the issue, but they haven't. What's worse is that they charged me another $1000.

This is the first month of the payment plan, and I have been charged $4000 while Quickbooks only claims they received $1000. Please help

First, this is not a subscription payment. I have to pay back a ACH reversed payment to quickbooks.

Second, I’ve called Quickbooks “Support” (what a joke) numerous times, and they have not only not resolved the issue, they charged me an extra $1000.

What a headache…
