I’m sending an invoice and there is no payment option for the customer

Let me help you get past this, @deegandistributi.

 

To ensure your customers can choose a payment option, you'll need to activate online payments for invoices. This will enable them to pay using PayPal, Venmo, credit card, or ACH bank transfer. I can guide you through the process.

 

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Check the QuickBooks Payments rates and apply to connect it to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. In QBO, navigate to Accounts and settings, then open the Sales tab.
  3. Look for Invoice payments and click on the pencil or Edit icon.
  4. Select the payment method/s your customers can use and add payment instructions to display on your invoices.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.
