I'm setting up my first contractor.I've used the "add contractor" option, but when I click the "Add Contractor" button, nothing happens.Is there a glitch?

Currently, there's an investigation about unable to save Contractor information. I recommend contacting our live support to add your account to the affected users list. Just provide your updated email address, and the investigation number, INV-95397 to be notified through email.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
2. Then, click Contact Us.
3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
