Let me share some information about this matter, Douglas.

When you use batch invoicing in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the program will automatically calculate the amounts depending on the quantity and rate you've entered. Thus, ensure entering a value in these respective columns to reflect the amount.

However, if you entered the quantity and rate but the amounts are not showing, let's perform some troubleshooting steps as there are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources which causes some errors or unusual responses.

Let's access your QBO account using a private window as it ignores websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any historical data.

Here are the shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it fixes the issue, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the website's preferences. You can also use the different supported browsers for the best and most secure experience.
