I'm trying to enter a recept and my vendor list won't show up like it normally does. It is stuck my customer list and I can't seem to be able to change it back?

Before we proceed, could you specify the type of transactions you're trying to record? Are you referring to sales receipts, or is it a different type of transaction? Some types of transactions, like sales receipts, are designed exclusively for customer use.

 

If you are using a transaction that is supposed to show the vendor's name, I'll make sure to assist you in resolving that immediately. 

 

Let's begin by accessing your QBO account in an incognito or private browsing window to check if the cached data is the cause of the issue.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

 Once logged in, create a vendor transaction. If they show up, it'll be helpful to clear your browser's cache and cookies to resolve issues related to stored data.
