I’m trying to set up the instant payment option but it requires a code via text to get started. The number is wrong and it’s not the listed number on QuickBooks or bank

Thanks for joining us here today. I've got you the steps to update the phone number to an active one on your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Sign In & Security.
  3. Under the Phone section.
  4. Tap the Verify link, then hit Change.
  5. Enter your new phone number, and then click Save.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that phone number is correct and a different number that shows up when trying to set up the instant contact option. 

I see the option that says below phone verification, 

"This number belongs to your principal officer, the main person listed on your business' bank account. If the number isn't right, please reach out. 

Unfortunately again the "Contact Us" page just takes me right back to the option to submit this to the group. I've verified my cell number listed on my bank account and it all matches, none of which are the two numbers listed.
