I'm trying to use Zapier to integrate with QBO, but it seems like SKU values are not passed to Zapier for some reason. Is there a way to pass SKU values from invoices?

Hello there. I'm glad to provide some information about your SKU concern in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can reach out to Zappier support to check if they have an integration set up for the SKU values to passed in the invoices. Also know that, questions about integrating the app into your Online account should be directed to the app's third-party provider. This way, they can check if there's an ongoing issue with it. If you want to add a column for the SKU for the invoices in QBO, you can customize the invoice. I'll show you how.
 

1. Go to the the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form Styles.
3. Click Edit or New style for the invoices.
4. From the Content tab, click the Pencil icon in the middle potion of the form.
5. Tick the SKU check box.
6. Then select Done.

In case your customer makes a payment on the invoice, you need to record the payment in QuickBooks.
