Question

I’m using an apple tablet 9, When I go to an exsisting customer to create an estimate I’m not able to type anything on the product part. Page just pops up and down?

To get started, please make sure you have a strong internet connection and an updated version of the app to sync the latest data. If your app is not updated to the latest version, please update it.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend clearing the application data of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. This process will reset the app to its original state, eliminating any potential issues caused by outdated or corrupted data and ensuring your QBO app functions smoothly.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click on OK.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

If the problem remains, I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Additionally, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
