Question

I'm using invoicing in QB online to email directly into my clients AP system. How can I setup this system to ensure I get the auto reply back from the AP system?

Typically auto replies from AP systems come back to an email address that one can review.  But when sent from QB, I don't think that capability exists?

QuickBooks cannot ensure you get the auto-reply back from the AP system. With this, I'll share what you can do in the meantime.

 

I understand the convenience of receiving an email directly from your client's AP system. Since it seems like a third party that doesn't exist in QuickBooks, you'll want to reach out to your provider. Verify from there if the connection between the AP system and QuickBooks is possible.
