I made an account transfer from my chase bank to my save envelope and I made that transfer in the 27th of December and it’s still says pending. I wanna if that’s normal

Once you have created an envelope, you can transfer funds from your QuickBooks Checking account and an external account. The money will be added to your QuickBooks Checking account and automatically allocated to your envelope. This transfer process will be completed using an ACH Transfer method, typically taking 3-5 business days.
