I need a report for Sales by ship to state and country. I am unable to find a report or customize a report with this information.

Generating sales reports by ship-to-state and country is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we can look into a possible workaround.

You can generate the Transaction List by Customer, ensuring you've marked checked the Ship to option under Columns, then export it to Excel to group the state and country.
