Question

I need to add the PO field into my invoice . right now it shows it as a hidden..

after QB decide to update his page , it mess with my old invoice style . As a Now I can show a PO field on my created invoice

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! I will gladly show you how to add your PO field to your invoice. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage custom form styles.
  2. From there, choose the template and select Edit in the Action column.
  3. Choose the Content heading and select the first section on the right. 
  4. Scroll to the bottom and choose Custom Field.
  5. In the suggestions for you: Pick the PO number
  6. Make changes and in the Select form area, place a checkmark next to Invoice and if you would like Print on forms as well. 
  7. From there, save the changes and open your invoice to verify the changes were made.
