I need to change the google email my invoices are sent out of. Can someone help with this?

Hi there, Jb. I have the steps for editing invoices sent in QuickBooks Online.

 

In QBO, you can personalize your sales form anytime you want. You can also change the email address where you want to send it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the side panel, click Sales.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Look for the invoice. Click Edit under the Action column.
  4. On the invoice page, below the customer's name. Edit the email address.
  5. Once done, select Review and send.
