I can guide you through some troubleshooting steps to help you access the Profit and Loss statement in QuickBooks Online, Cortland. Let me share the details below.

Please note that the Profit and Loss Statement is also known as the income statement. To run this report, you can utilize the Profit and Loss report.

However, since you mentioned that you can only see the Profit and Loss by Tag Group on your end, let's perform a browser troubleshooting by opening your account using  private window. Unexpected behaviors like this can occur due to accumulated cache.

For your convenience, consider using one of these shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After opening a private window, try to use the search feature in the report section by typing Profit and Loss to see if the report appears in the search results. If everything works perfectly, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If you still can't, use another supported browser.

Once done, I'll also attach these articles to include the specific data that are most relevant to your future needs:
