I need to do a mailer to all our vendors regarding changes within our organization

At this moment, creating a mailer for vendors isn’t possible in QuickBooks Online. You may consider using any email provider to achieve that.

You can generate a report to get their email information. I’m glad to show you the steps.

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Select the Reports menu in the left navigation pane.
3. Enter/select Vendor Contact List in the Search field.
4. Click Customize and select the needed information.
5. Press Run report.
