Question

I need to turn off statements in the account settings area and when I click on the "pencil" on the right side of the screen to edit this section the section disappears?

Is anyone else having issues with customizing their company profile in account and settings?

Hi there, @userjen1.

 

Thank you for letting us know about the sudden disappearance of the statement option in the account settings.

 

Currently, there's an investigation into modifying statements in the sales options, but it has disappeared. I'd recommend contacting our live support to add your account to the affected users list. Just provide your updated email address, and the investigation number, INV-97234, to be notified through email. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, click Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

 

You can reach our support team Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

 

Once the issue is resolved, you might want to use the bill parent customer option on your invoices: Use the bill parent customer option on invoices in QuickBooks Online.
