I need to update my number. Verification codes are being sent to an old number

1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document. 
2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
3. Within one business day, you'll receive an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If your request is approved, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. Choose the Assistant tab.
4. Click the Talk to a Human option
5. Tap Get help from a human.
6. Pick either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
