Question

I never used quickbooks clean up. I was told I would be refunded in May once the systems noticed I didn't use the book clean up. Still no refund. How do I get my refund?

I never used the clean up service and canceled my quickbooks online. Chat agent couldn't give me my refund but said it would automatically happen in May. I have still not got a refund.

I would love to assist you with this, but for security reasons, we're unable to check your account here in the Community space. To assist you further, I recommend getting in touch with our support staff once again to follow up on your case about the refund.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.

Now I'm angry...  I don't have a bookkeeper never used the service or connected with anyone. Canceled book keeping before ever using... never used book clean up... Canceled quickbooks online.

 

I submitted a refund request and this was the answer from a NO response email below.

 

We have received your request and identified that your Live Bookkeeper would be the best person to assist you with this concern.
