Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Elizabeth.

Let me provide you with some valuable information about QuickBooks Payments and why your funds may not have arrived in your checking account yet.

Before we get started, I'd like to inquire whether this is your first time using our payment service.

If so, please be assured that QuickBooks Payments will deposit funds within 5 business days after your initial payment. While the first few deposits may take longer due to the setup of your merchant account, subsequent payments will typically deposit within 2 business days following the setup.

If it's been more than 5 business days and you still haven't received your deposit, then let me guide you on how to check the status of the deposit and if it's funded successfully or being withheld.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

If the status of your deposit is on hold, please check your email for instructions on how to manage withheld funds.  While you have already been in touch with our payments support. I suggest reaching out to them again. This way, one of our agents can review your account in a secure environment and investigate this matter further.
