I received an email indicating I need to go to the "Cash flow center" and follow the prompts to add a co-owner. I cannot find these prompts anywhere.

Hello, @valleyprincessev. I'm sharing information about adding a QuickBooks Online (QBO) co-owner.

When setting up your QuickBooks cash account, there's an option that you'll add co-owner or add it later.  After 30 days, if the co-owner info remains incomplete, you'll receive an email to follow the instructions to complete the setup of your co-owner.

Since you haven't seen prompt, I encourage you to contact the Green dot to help you add the co-owner.
