Question

I recently noticed that I've been paying for QuickBooks for about 2 yrs. and it is free with my Joist account. Can you please explain? I would like to request a refund.

We understand the importance of the value of every cost in a business, Mother. Allow me to explain the difference between the Joist account and QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Online is a platform where you can track business transactions. The fees you're paying will vary based on the subscription you have. Each subscription has different levels of features and services.

On the other hand, the Joist account is a third-party application used to send your transactions to the QuickBooks Online sync feature.
