Question

I send my manufacturer a p/s and then they ship my product & give me tracking & then I send my customer an invoice. QBO wont let me send an invoice. help?

I just switched to QBO from desktop.  This was never an issue in desktop.

Hello there, scottypeeler. I'm here to share some tips on how to send your invoice successfully. 

 

When you are creating an invoice, make sure to fill out all the necessary fields, including the Add Customer and Email Address fields, as well as the Product/Service, QTY, Rate, and Amount dropdowns. If you have filled out all the required fields but are still experiencing issues, you can use a different web browser or a private browsing mode to eliminate any problems caused by browsing history or cache files. Below are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsing mode:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
