Question

I sent an estimate to my business partner for review before I sent it to a customer. After making changes to the estimate, quickbooks will no longer let me email?

It will only allow me to send it as a link

Are you receiving an error message when trying to resend the email? If so, would you mind sharing a screenshot of it? Any extra details you can share would be a great help in providing the best solution for you. 

 

In the meantime, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the cache of your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like not sending emails. I'm including the links to all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below. 

 

After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.
