I signed up for Quickbooks Plus in the past and cancelled. I have now signed up for Basic. How do I move the data from Plus to Basic? It is shown as 2 diff. companies now

Basic? Did you mean Simple Start?

Login to your QBO Plus, resubscribe it, and downgrade it to Simple Start or Essentials.

    Thank you so much. That worked, but I didn’t receive the discount that I had before. I’m happy that I know how to do it now.

     

    Also, yes I meant  Simple Start. I apologize for the confusion.
