I'd gladly share some information about ACH payments or processing fees in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @chuckmartin-asso.

If you use QuickBooks Payments to take payments, there's a fee each time you process a transaction. It varies depending on whether the card is swiped, invoiced, or keyed. ACH payments charge a 1% fee (max $10) on each transaction. Swipe credit card payments charge 2.5% and not 4.25%.

In your case, let's check where this charge came from. You can refer to Option 1 from this article and use the form that shows charges: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

To better understand the charge, I recommend contacting our Phone Support team. They are well-equipped with the tools to safely look at your account. You can connect with them by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Please consider checking their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
