I use PayPal to pay some vendors and have set up PayPal to transfer money from my checking account at Wells Fargo. However the two accounts are NOT matching transactions.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to use the Record as Transfer feature within the Banking menu if you haven't created a transfer transaction. On the other hand, if you have an existing transfer transaction, you can easily find the Match option. 

Follow these steps if you haven't created a transfer transaction: 

1. Go to the +New located in the upper left corner. 
2. Under the Other column, choose the Transfer option. 
3. In the Transfer Funds from and Transfer Funds To dropdown. 
4. Enter the amount in the Transfer Amount field. 
5. Once done, click Save and close.

After matching your transaction, you can now reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.
