I use QBO Advanced and use custom reports & spreadsheet sync. I have one report that never seems to want to update. Any suggestions?

You can quickly refresh the report you create in Spreadsheet Sync, kevind4, which will update the open spreadsheet based on your custom report. I am happy to guide you through the steps.

To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Open the Excel file.
2. Open and sign in to Spreadsheet Sync.
3. You can view the details about the report, including when it was last updated. Select Quick refresh in the Spreadsheet Sync tab to get the latest data from QuickBooks.

To ensure accurate data synchronization, I also recommend reviewing and adjusting the filters used when refreshing the worksheet.
