I use QuickBooks Self-Employed. How can I add PayPal and Venmo as payment options to my e-invoices?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, shaelene.

 

When you activate QuickBooks Payments in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can only toggle on payment options for Credit card or Bank transfer (ACH) when processing your e-invoices. PayPal and Venmo payment options are only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with QuickBooks Payments. 

 

If you prefer adding PayPal and Venmo options, I suggest processing e-invoices outside QBSE and separately recording the invoices within your QBSE account. 

 

Moreover, you can connect your bank or credit card accounts to download transactions automatically, and you also have the option to add transactions manually. If you need this function in the future, let me add these references:
