There used to be an export button for exporting invoices and customer information. What happened to it?

I have some information about exporting your invoice list and customer information to an Excel spreadsheet, @jpatsteele2, and I'll share it with you.

Exporting these lists is essential for your business. However, it's important to note that you won't be able to transfer them into an Excel spreadsheet. QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) specifically allows you to export these lists only into a PDF file. Additionally, keep in mind that customer information is not accessible in QBSE. For a guide regarding the PDF file, use the steps below as a guide:

  1. From the left panel, select Invoices.
  2. Choose the invoice that you want to export.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Edit and hit Export as PDF.

Moreover, you can organize your transactions in QBSE seamlessly. To have a detailed understanding of this, check out this link: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you have another query besides exporting invoice lists and customer information. Take care.
